The CS310 series of single cartridge seal assembly is designed to improve the ease & accuracy of seal installation, reduce the cost of mechanical sealing, and enhance plant standardisation programs.

The CS310 cartridge incorporates a replaceable rotating bellow mechanical seal element utilising Alloy 625 material edge welded metal bellows and Alloy 20 end fittings, and running against silicon carbide mating ring. An extensive variety of elastometers are available to suit a wide variety of applications in the -30ºC to 200ºC temperature range.

The welded bellows seal construction provides significant benefits leading to exceptional sealing performance and extended seal life.

The alloy 625 bellows plate material has superior corrosion resistant and mechanical properties to enable better seal performance over a wider range of applications enabling improved plant standardisation opportunities.

The CS310 is exceptionally easy to install as the seal is preset at its operating length.

Simply both the seal plate to the seal chamber, lock down the sleeve fixing screws, remove the setting clips and the seal is ready to run.
