The cost-effective heavy duty, high speed bellows seal type HYS installs quickly and easily in High Speed Pumps. A direct replacement for the existing seal, it provides an economical opportunity for upgrading High Speed pumps to Eagle Poonawalla bellows seal performance.

The seal features a high strength heat treated AM 350 or Hastelloy C double ply bellows. Pressure rated to 69 Bar/1000 psi. A vibration damper protects the bellows from metal fatigue caused by harmonic resonance occurring at certain speeds.

The seal is available with carbon/tungsten carbide sealing faces to cover a wide range of media or with tungsten carbide / tungsten carbide faces for applications involving abrasive fluids.

 

An economical version type HPS involving multiple coil springs from the family of high performance seals also are available in identical dimensions.
