The MD 250 is a new generation compact cartridge double seal arrangement designed and manufactured with the latest state-of-the-art technology.
The seal is supplied as a ready to install arrangement thereby ending the industry's search of off the shelf seal requirements.
The cartridge consist of MA250 seal on Inboard and MA290 on the Outboard thereby giving the benefits of 2 designs in one arrangement.

Can be installed in narrow stuffing boxes in pumps as per ISO 3069 and DIN 24960. The seal arrangement does not warrant any modification even in case of conversion from gland packings.


The flexible element is stationary and is isolated from shaft vibrations, thus there is no shaft wear and seal can be used for higher speeds.


Teflon (PTFE) quench restrictor seal, minimises leakage.

Used as a tandem seal. The arrangement is very versatile and merely by providing pressurized barrier fluid the seal can be used as a back to back arrangement.
